The award winning Lyson Cave Paint pigment inks are the most advanced pigment inks available on the market today. Longevity of images are assured through the use of the highest light stable colorants available, and micro encapsulation pigment technology provides bright colors on both matte and gloss media. The color gamut of the Cave Paint range matches, and in most cases exceeds, that of the original equipment manufacturers pigment ink offerings. The Cave Paint range includes several versions dependent on printer model – Cave Paint Maximum for older Epson models and Roland/Mutoh/Mimaki wide format printers, Cave Paint Photochrome for Epson 7 color machines, Cave Paint R8 for the Epson R800 and R1800, and Cave Paint R24 for the latest 8 color Epson printer range. All versions offer the best combination of color and archival life, providing users with the ultimate in fade resistant color imaging.
The Lyson Fotonic inks provide great color combined with a high degree of fade resistance. These inks use unique, specially developed high strength dyes to increase the longevity of a print by four to five times compared to normal dye based ink sets. When used with recommended media, the display life of a Fotonic print is in the range of 45-65 years under average indoor display conditions. The color gamut and vibrancy of color that Fotonic produces is exceptional and has been matched to the color performance achievable from traditional photographic processes. In most cases, Fotonic will exceed the color gamut of OEM dye based ink sets by at least 20%. Fotonic inks are available in several versions for most 4, 6, 7, and, for the first time, 8 color photo printers. They are the ideal inks for users who are disappointed with the color performance of pigment inks and require a good degree of fade resistance.
By using multiple strengths of neutral black ink in place of the standard color inks on a photo quality printer, Quad Black provides a simple and effective way of printing stunning black and white images. Because only black inks are used, the color casts and defects that are present when printing monochrome with color inks are eliminated. The Quad Black inks are also extremely archival and have been independently tested at over 120 years display life in average indoor display conditions. Available for use on most Epson 4, 6 and 7 color photo printers, and some 6 & 8 color Canon models.
DAYLIGHT DARKROOM ARCHIVAL INKS
